Upward Soccer provides a positive sports experience for every child and makes the most of your family’s time and money.

How do I sign up?

Bring or mail the registration form and fee to:

Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office anytime between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Registration Information

The early registration cost per child for soccer is $75; after July 9, the cost is $90.

Deadline for registration is July 16.

Soccer shorts and socks are included in the registration cost.

Scholarships are available.

Evaluations and Sign-ups

Everyone must attend one soccer evaluation. They will take place at the Mikado Baptist Church Field as follows:

• Last Names A through M
  Thursday, July 14, between 6:00pm and 7:30pm
• Last Names N through Z
  Saturday, July 16, between 10:00am and 11:30am

If there is a conflict with your evaluation time, please use the other evaluation date.

*League is open to all up and coming K4 through 6th grade students.

**K4 players must turn 4 no later than October 15, 2011, in order to be eligible to register.
