Todd Robinson


Todd is the Discipleship Pastor at Mikado Baptist Church and Executive Director of the Next Step Recovery Ministries in Macon, GA.  Todd leads both group and individual counseling sessions on various issues such as addiction, depression, anger, finances, and marriage. He also oversees the daily operations of the Next Step Residential Recovery and Discipleship Home for men.  In addition, Todd serves as the Community Co-Chairperson for the Governor’s Office of Transition, Support, and Reentry (GOTSR) and serves as the Executive Director of the Macon Reentry Coalition which seeks to bring together community resources that enable men and women to successfully return to society from incarceration.

Todd is a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel.   He was commissioned a second lieutenant in 1988. He was an aviation instructor and evaluator with over 3,000 flying hours.  He is a highly decorated veteran of Operations DESERT SHIELD, DESERT STORM, ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM and multiple other global military operations.

Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Virginia Military Institute in 1988.  He also holds a Masters of Aerospace Management Degree, a Masters of Bible Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Counseling.  He has earned state and national awards for his work with addictions and citizen reentry, and has authored articles for the State of Georgia’s reentry curriculum.

Todd’s hobbies include running, hunting, and fishing.

Todd has been married to Cecilia Robinson for 27 years and they have three children.
