Troy grew up in Canada where he meet his wife Isabelle during a youth event in Montreal and married in 1992. They felt God calling them to Toccoa Falls College where he received a double major in Communications and a Minor in Public Relations. It wasn’t until his senior year that they felt called to serve in youth & music where they served for 10 years in full time ministry. Together Troy and Isabelle have served in summer camps, lead missions trips & have taken in many youth in their home over the years that needed a bed. Troy worked in Law Enforcement and was a Deputy Sheriff. He also has a private pilot’s license and enjoys riding his motorcycle. 

Troy and Isabelle were blessed to have had 4 sons and one daughter. Their youngest son went to be with the Lord at the age of 19 in a car accident in July of 2021. Their life verse is Isaiah 40:31 “But those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.”  God led Troy and Isabelle to Mikado in December of 2022, where he currently serves as Mikado’s Facilities Director.
