- Bold, very persuasive
- See things in black and white/right or wrong
- Has a desire to see immediate change
- Has a strong dependence upon the Scriptures
- Broken before God and desire to be like Christ
- Ministry or Service
- Alert to practical needs
- Fulfilled when their service frees someone else to minister more effectively
- Will ignore their own needs and often over-extend themselves
- Must respond to practical needs they see
- Often feel unqualified and inadequate for ministry
- Teaching
- Concerned for organization in presentation that allows others to follow the material
- Desires accuracy in words and language
- Has a delight in research and reporting details
- Needs to know as much about a subject as possible
- More concerned about fact than illustration
- Exhortation
- Desires to see others mature in their faith
- Wants others to see and discover their spiritual potential
- Points others to Jesus
- Can give detailed instructions about how a person might grow in Christ
- Has learned the value of suffering
- Concerned about the application of God’s Word
- Giving
- Practices stewardship of what they have in order to have more to give
- Needs no attention – giving is private
- Does not respond to pressure or emotional fundraising techniques
- Motivated to encourage others to give
- Will see material or financial needs that others may overlook
- Rejoices when their giving is an answer to someone’s prayer
- Ruling or Administration
- Sees the big picture
- Can break down large projects into bite-sized pieces
- Is a self-starter
- Can recognize the resources available to accomplish the goal
- Confident that God-given goals can be accomplished
- Good delegator
- Mercy
- Has the ability to feel joy or distress in others
- Able to identify with what others are going through
- Desire to alleviate the pain others feel
- Sensitive to statements and actions that hurt other people
- Need friends and seek friendships
- Reluctant to speak against anyone regardless of what they have done
