About Mikado Academy of Music
The Mikado Academy of Music, a ministry of Mikado Baptist Church near Macon, GA, provides a safe and comfortable place for music students to take private music lessons. Our focus is on musical excellence in a Christian atmosphere. Located between Warner Robins, Macon, and Byron, our music school is in a convenient location for everyone. With a focus on excellence, our teachers are uniquely gifted and exceptionally qualified Christian musicians who are committed to helping their students grow musically and spiritually. Our goal is to help students use their talents and abilities to glorify God. Registration is open for the fall semester for piano and violin. Structure and Fees
We offer fall and spring semesters with fifteen lessons over a seventeen week period of time to allow for student or teacher absences or make-up lessons. Each registration must include a one-time, annual, non-refundable fee of $25.
Academy Tuition Rates
The semester tuition will be due right before the semester begins, or it can be optionally divided into five even monthly payments due at the beginning of each month. (These amounts are subject to change yearly.)
30 minutes – $350 (5 monthly bills: $70)
45 minutes – $510 (5 monthly bills: $102)
We currently accept online payments as well as cash and checks at our church office (6751 Houston Rd., Macon, GA 3121).
